SOCA Dashboard

The SOCA Dashboard is a comprehensive report of your Chamber Performance Analysis. You will find seven tabs containing distinct subsets of data, presented as graphs, that you can use to review and record Chamber growth with a quick description of what each graph means.

Below is a quick review of each of the seven categories.

  • BUS-MEM SOCA

This chart displays SOCA enrollments, Chamber members, and Total Businesses using SOCA Programs within the zip codes your Chamber has provided as your service area. The

Each category is color-coded and presented side-by-side as a bar graph for ease of comparison. The data is further broken up by location (typically the name of a country, town, or city in your zip code).

This page is designed to help you see which portion of businesses are members of your Chamber and how many of those members use the programs you provide, broken up by area.

This allows you to take in your market penetration and growth potential by area.

  • SOCA % Total

Broken down by benefit program, this chart shows the percentage of enrollments per program that your Chamber participates in, based on the total number of members.

This screen allows you to easily visualize what portion of your members take advantage of your benefit offerings.

  • MEM-SOCA % BUS

This chart displays the total percentage of Chamber members within each zip code you provided as belonging to your Chamber of Commerce, compared with the percentage of SOCA program enrollments.

This is a simple and extremely effective tool you can use to estimate market penetration and enrollment percentage.

  • SOCA % MEM

This page displays the percentage of your Chamber members who are enrolled in one or more SOCA programs, broken down by area. This helps you gauge the percentage of members that are taking advantage of the benefits you offer. It is helpful if you are looking for areas to expand your benefit offerings.

  • SOCA per COC

This chart is a little more complex than the previous pages. It displays a 3D bar chart that helps you visualize the total number of members enrolled in each SOCA benefit compared to your peer groups.

Each program is color-coded and arranged by size so you can easily judge the most popular benefits and how your Chamber compares to your peers.

  • PERF % AVG

This page allows you to gauge your Chamber of Commerce performance as a percentage of the average. A line graph, this chart displays data from location to location and features three data points, market penetration vs average, enrolled as percent of business vs average, and enrolled as percent of membership vs average.

The goal of this page is to help you compare your Chamber's performance against the average Chamber.

  • SOCA Programs

Last, the page contains a circle graph that the percentage of members enrolled in each program against those not enrolled in any SOCA programs.

MemberForecast Tool

The MemberForecast tool is an extremely useful page that helps you plot, plan for, and experiment with different variables to project your Chamber's growth over time.

The first thing you will see is a charted line graph with the number of members listed vertically on the left side of the graph and years horizontally on the lower part of the graph.

Below is a series of input options that you can change to see varying membership projections.

Those inputs are:

  • Starting members
  • Retention rates
  • New members

You can change the input for each of these categories and watch in real-time as the graph at the top of the page adjusts to create a member forecast for how your membership totals will rise or fall based on the input numbers and rates.

You can use this tool to measure what rates you need to hit to reach your goals. If your goal is bringing in new members, the MemberForecast will let you look at the retention rate and number of new members you will need to hit various goals.

At the bottom of the page is a PDF report with the numbers organized based on your input.

Whether you want to measure your current rates or experiment with new ones, the MembershipForecast tool is a great resource to help you plan.

My Members

This page is a complete list of all your members, broken up by name, associated chamber, and the SOCA program with which they are involved. This report is searchable for your convenience and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
